How do urban explorers post on social media without legal repercussions?

My reply:

Most likely because no one is monitoring social media with the idea of charging people for trespassing. Police don’t have the time for robberies and theft even when home owners/ businesses report it to the police. Also, trespassing is a minor charge, not dangerous or threatening enough to public safety to legitimize spending all that time on tracking it down.Read the rest
